I had the good fortune of meeting Nitika at d farmers market at Bikaner House more than a year back !! Since then have been getting major part of my groceries and veggies from Roots!! Its been a beautiful experience n a very personalized connect . As a nutritionist with passionate interest in the role dietarty support during cancer n hormonal disbalance treatment I am more than convinced abt the importance of organic plant based diet . Roots has been my one stop shop to fulfil all my requirements of veggies, spices n various grains . Sharing a few of my favorite dishes created from the above mentioned !!
